I would like to point out first that I currently have one of the only independent devoted dungeons and the most well established in Chicago. By that I mean I keep my dungeon available only to myself in a separate facility in a discreet, private location. What this means for you is that you will never have to worry about running into another client in a waiting room; never have a session interrupted by people walking into the room, dogs barking, telephones ringing or someone knocking on the door to tell you your time is up. The police have never and will never raid my dungeon. You will not have to wonder whether there are spy cameras recording the session or whether someone is watching through a peephole or via webcam. You will not be hustled into paying for another Mistress to stand there and watch, nor will I extort more tribute from you during the session for various extra services or time. When you visit my dungeon, you will see an impressive array of equipment and can rest assured that I have the years of experience necessary to use each and every piece to its fullest extent in accordance with precisely the manner of session we have negotiated while always assuring your complete safety, privacy and security.  

If you are considering visiting for the first time please know that while I encourage novices, there are some basic protocols and etiquette which will make your first as well as your fiftieth visit with me or any other Mistress a mutually pleasant experience. If your first question before you even ask to speak to Ms. Susanne or whomever is going to be "How much is it?"; "Are you available in an hour?" or anything of a sexual nature you needn't bother calling because you've just either asked us to perform an illegal act or assume that we are always and immediately available. If time is an urgent issue I suggest calling one of the commercial dungeons; if sexual satisfaction is your goal I have other suggestions but I'm not going to put them in print.  I see only those people I like and with whom I feel I can establish a rapport; if I don't care for your manner on the telephone I'm certainly not going to want to spend time in a closed room with you. That being said..... 

My spacious yet intimate well appointed dungeon is conveniently located on the north side of  Chicago. Aside from lots of mirrors so you don't miss a bit of the fun it contains a whipping area with a sturdy cross, a spanking/caning horse and the infamous spider bondage chair; the most amazing multi-purpose dungeon table you've ever dreamt of and the most beautiful bondage frame I've ever seen along with a genuine welded heavy steel jail cell. I just adore hearing someone ask for inescapable bondage or better yet informing me that no Mistress yet has been able to secure him in such a way that he was unable to gain his freedom in short order. I have a wonderful collection of  toys as well; many whips, canes, clips, clamps and esoteric ouchy items await your visit. I will greatly enjoy using my many electrical devices on you; it's an ideal medium for those who desire a physically dramatic experience but are not in a position to be marked in any way as would happen with canes and single tails. And yes, it's quite safe; the current never crosses the heart but I'll bet I can get you to warble a high C! Misbehaving recalcitrants may expect to be grasped firmly by the ear and marched to the domestic discipline area for over the knee spankings delivered with a firm hand; paddles, razor straps, belts and many other spanking implements of increasing degrees of severity will ensure your eventual and complete cooperation with whatever instructions you may have initially resisted. I especially enjoy caning; the Victorians had some delicious methods of behavior modification! There is a lovely and quite comfortable padded exhibition cage for afterward; I am fond of reading the newspaper or a good book while you reflect upon your reformation. I am completely attuned to your every movement and breath during our sessions; whether you're a novice being struck for the first time with a slapper or a leather butt veteran who relishes my single tails and sjambok, I will never damage you. Our visits will always be intense, but pain and intensely passionate sensation are at opposite ends of a spectrum. You will always be safe - well, as safe as you can be locked in a dungeon with a gleeful sadist!
