The passing of time inevitably brings change whether it's the things we wanted to have happen or the things that will be better for us in the long run. For whatever reason Bridget recently took down her website, removed or drastically altered her online profiles, closed her dungeon and is operating only on a covert level. She donated most of her equipment to a public dungeon here in Chicago; unfortunately they refused to let me see whether any of my stolen belongings were there so this particular soap opera has run out of plot scripts. I have no choice but to accept that I will never know what happened to my things but I accept that this is now another part of my past. It will be good to take the energy I've been wasting on this and apply it to my new life. And when I look at the situation objectively I realize that anyone who has no other way to fill her life than to steal it from others will eventually see only a void in the mirror.......I almost feel sorry for her. I regret that my "things" didn't give her whatever it is she needs, but in any case I've now relegated her along with the rest of the lifestyle Chicago scene to a past I will not revisit.
